With a significantly large property located in Ivanhoe, the clients goals for this build were to maximise the lands’ potential. The build was for five units on the site, with three levels to accommodate parking and living spaces. With multiple processes being carried out concurrently, scheduling and timing of the build was essential to the success of this project. The resulting build has exceeded the clients expectations with regard to quality, budget and delivery of the project on schedule.
