Balwyn Multi- Unit Build 

With a large property located in the heart of Balwyn, the client’s brief was to have two separate dwellings constructed whilst not compromising on potential usability. The core drive for the build was to create two homes that provided a sense of luxury whilst maintaining practicality and functionality. Focused on a more classical design orientation the clients have selected materials and products to consistently create the sense of elegant classical design throughout.
